Project Description

Panerai Luminor Daylight PAM250

First made famous by Sylvester Stallone in the early 90’s, Panerai have a strong history.

Panerai started out in the 1860s, with a Watchmaking school in Florence. They progressed onto making watches for the Italian Navy from the 1930s to the 1970s. They then started making watches for the public in the early 1990s.

This watch, at 44mm, is pretty large and thanks to the chronograph pushers looks slightly bigger than most 44mm watches. We love it. It has come from of our personal collection and has just returned from a service and case overhaul, so shouldn’t need touching for at least another 3-5 years. The watch is supplied on a black leather Panerai strap with Panerai deployant clasp, and also comes with a Panerai PVC divers strap, two Nato straps and two extra brown leather straps (enough to keep you going until the strap bug really hits you!).

This watch has an automatic OPXII Calibre with 27 Jewels and a 46 hour power reserve. It is a chronometer certified movement. The bezel has a Tachymeter scale. The seconds hand is at the 9 o’clock postion, The Chronograph functions are at 3 (minute hand) and 6 o’clock (hour hand).

The lume is extremely bright and looks amazing.

This watch is from 2006 and is from a limited run of 1000 pieces that year.

A truly great rival to the Rolex Daytona.

As always comes with a 1 Year IM Watches Warranty.
